The middle lower to lower class live in this part of down. The houses are cramped and the apartments are small, but the quality is still acceptable. It's not the scene of poverty, but it's not always the most comfortable place to live. Those who make low incomes reside here, and some working students striving for independence may also find themselves here after they move out of their homes.
