	Downtown The middle lower to lower class live in this part of down. The houses are cramped and the apartments are small, but the quality is still acceptable. It's not the scene of poverty, but it's not always the most comfortable place to live. A town doesn't simply consist of its student population. A variety of people live here, and it is their incomes that determine where they live. Those of low income tend to reside in small apartments, while those of middle to higher income may afford comfy flats or luxurious houses.
